六层砖混结构住宅楼施工组织设计(课设)

  要:本毕业设计课题为多层住宅的施工组织设计。本住宅楼为六层砖混结构,基础、构造柱、圈梁、楼地板、楼梯等混凝土部分为现浇工程,砌筑工程主要为砌筑砖墙。设计内容为在看懂图纸结合工程实际的前提下编写施工组织设计,其中包括编制依据、工程概况、施工平面布置、进度计划及保证措施、各分部分项工程施工方案、劳动力机械设备及周转材料投入计划、季节施工措施以及安全文明生产、环境保护、施工措施等,其中重点为各分部分项工程施工方案,在查阅大量资料并充分结合实际的情况下完成,对本工程中涉及到的各个分部分项工程做了尽可能详细的编写。此外,利用软件绘制了总平面布置图、施工进度计划横道图、网络图,另外还对本工程相关的工程量进行了计算,以用来安排人工量、机械台班量及材料用量。

2.2 工程概况及特点分析

2.2.1 总体概况

泰州市锦绣花园工程处于泰州市鼓楼南路,场地地貌单元属于冲洪积地貌,地形较平坦。建筑基底面积933.10平方米,建筑面积4762.90平方米,地上6层,层高3米,总高度18.100米,建筑规模30户。抗震设防烈度7度,结构安全等级二级,建筑使用年限为50年,屋面防水等级二级,使用年限15年,防火建筑设计分类为丙类,防火耐火等级为二级,建筑性质为居住建筑。

(1)楼地面

厨房、卫生间防滑地砖地面,楼梯间水泥砂浆抹平压光地面,其它房间为水泥楼面,厨房、卫生间地面比其它房间低30mm。

(2)墙体工程

①材料:混凝土实心砖。

②外墙窗台、窗口顶、雨棚、挑檐、阳台、压顶等处应做流水坡,滴水线或滴水槽。

③内墙阳角均设水泥护角。

(3)内粉刷

厨房、卫生间为瓷砖墙面,其它房间为水泥混合砂浆抹灰。

(4)外粉刷

外墙先水泥砂浆打底扫毛、找平,然后喷刷外墙涂料。

(5)屋面工程

①屋面为平屋面,屋面防水为卷材防水。

②屋面排水组织见屋面平面图,内排水雨水管见施工图,外排雨水斗,雨水管采用UPVC管,除图中另有注明外,雨水管公称直径均为DN=110。

③屋面工程应在各专业出屋面管线预埋敷设或安装完后施工。

2.3 本工程的施工目标

(1)施工质量目标

确保本工程达到国家规范合格要求,争创“泰州市优良样板工程”。

(2) 施工工期目标

确保本工程以210个日历天完成招标文件所要求的全部施工任务,并按招标文件要求完成。

(3)施工安全文明目标

①全年实现“五无”,即无残疾、无重伤、无火灾、无中毒、无坍塌;负伤率控制在0.3‰以内,实现重大伤亡事故为零的目标。
